The Wurtsboro Airport will be hosting the SSA Region 2 North Contest from July 17 - 23. This will be a SSA sanctioned contest.

The contest is limited to 30 contestants and is open to the following classes:
Standard, 15 Meter, 18 Meter, Sports

Cost:
- Entry Fee: 145.00
- Pay per Tow
- Free Tie Downs
- Free Trailer Parking
- Free Camping
- Free Bathrooms and Showers
- $100.00 Deposit required

Accomodation:
Camping:
Free Camping available both at Wurtsboro Airport and at "El Overdee" across the street.
The Airport will have bathrooms and a temporary shower available 24 hours a day.
The owners of the cabins at El Overdee have volunteered limited use of their bathrooms/showers.

Bring your family and friends along as there is plenty to do in the nearby Catskill Mountains and Hudson Valley areas: Hiking the Shawangunk ridge, visiting the Woodstock Museum at Bethel Woods, and fun small-town shopping are just a few examples.
